2013 Registration

Simply open the attachment and fill out you details, the document will add in fee's and calculate the membership as you go. The two forms that need to be completed are FCRC Membership Form and the Squad Order Form.

Please note that back braces are compulsory for a number of the squad programs.

WORK LEVY
If you have completed work levy duties and the club is holding your $300 levy from season 2011, the amount will be credit at time of entry. FCRC policy as of 2011 is to refund the work levy at the end of every season, provided duties have been completed.
